Fee Structure

Initial Instruction Fee:

£400 Initial Instruction Fee – deductible from final purchase fee on purchases up to £500,000.

£600 Initial Instruction Fee – deductible from final purchase fee on purchases above £500,000.

This Initial Instruction Fee is non-refundable.

Except in the unlikely event that LH Estates Limited has not found any property that matches your requirements within six months from the date of signing an agreement, in which case the fee less £300 will be refunded).

Final Purchase Fee:

Under £500,000 - we charge 1.25% of the purchase price.

£0.5million to £1million – we charge 1% of the purchase price.

£1million to £2million - we charge 0.75% of the purchase price.

For properties over £2million - we agree a fee at the outset.
